1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: 40748 Encyclopedia Cir, Fremont, CA 94538.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We cooperate with multiple professional logistics providers to ensure your order is delivered as scheduled. The shipping methods and corresponding delivery time are as follows:
  - USPS: 2–5 business days
  - FedEx: 2–7 business days
  - Gofo: 2–5 business days
  - Uniuni: 2–7 business days
  - UPS: 2–5 business days

Note: Delivery time is for reference only and does not include order processing time (1–2 business days). Delays may occur due to holidays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fee Rules

  - Free Shipping: Orders with a total amount of $30 or more enjoy free standard shipping.
  - Standard Shipping Fee: Orders with a total amount of less than $30 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $2.99.

4. Order Processing

  - We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding US federal holidays).
  - Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the same business day; orders placed after 3:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Seayofa only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not support international shipping, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
