Here are answers to the most common questions about Seayofa's products, orders, shipping, and returns. If you cannot find the answer you need, please contact us via email (xxx@seayofa.com).
Order Related
Q: How can I place an order?
A: 1. Browse seayofa.com and add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart; 2. Click the shopping cart icon and check the product information; 3. Fill in your shipping address, select the shipping method, and complete the payment; 4. After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour after placement. Please contact us immediately via email with your order number. Once the order is processed (packaged or shipped), it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping Related
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) will be shipped on the same business day; orders placed after that time will be shipped on the next business day.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not supported at this time.
Q: How can I get free shipping?
A: Orders with a total amount of $30 or more enjoy free standard shipping. Orders under $30 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $2.99.

Q: Are Seayofa products natural and additive-free?
A: Yes. We adhere to the brand concept of "nature and wellness" and use carefully selected natural ingredients for all products. We do not add unnecessary preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.
Q: What is the shelf life of your freeze-dried products?
A: The shelf life of freeze-dried fruits and ramen toppings is usually 12–18 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Please refer to the product packaging for the exact shelf life.

Q: How long do I have to apply for a return?
A: You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Q: Who bears the return shipping fee?
A: For non-quality issues (e.g., changed mind), the buyer bears the shipping fee. For quality issues (e.g., damage, wrong product), Seayofa bears the shipping fee.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 days.
