Return Policy of Seayofa

At Seayofa, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return in accordance with the following policy.
1. Return Time Limit
You can apply for a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Returns submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition;
- The original packaging, labels, and accessories are intact and undamaged;
- The return application is accompanied by the original order number and proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Fee
- Non-quality issues: If you return the product due to personal reasons (such as changed mind, incorrect purchase), the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
- Quality issues: If the product has quality problems (such as damage, deterioration, wrong product delivery), the return shipping fee shall be borne by Seayofa. You need to provide clear photos or videos to prove the quality issue.
4. Refund Process
1. Submit a return application through our official email (xxx@seayofa.com) and provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant proof.
2. After our team reviews and approves the return application, we will notify you of the return address.
3. After we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.
4. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 days from the date of confirming the return. The actual arrival time may vary depending on your payment institution's processing speed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For food safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
